Lonely
Its like sometimes I feel like i'm destined to be
The only one that knows the real side of me
Arguing and fighting constantly
And once we hang up, it burns deep inside of me
If I were to let out, i swear i'll probably drown
Overcome with emotions, look its happening now
As i'm writing this my eyes start to tear up
Man, im done with this, I think I need to slow down
In the darkest of hours your soul starts searching
Overcome by the loneliness your soul starts to question
Was it meant to be? Is this a kind of lesson?
How can i grow from this? Will we reach the ledge?
In my loneliness, sitting in this quiet room
I realize one, one thing that must be true...
They say sleep is the cousin of death, yeah the unspoken rule
Then the illegitimate father of solace, surely must be doom
No sympathy for those that choose to leap alone
The world bids farewell and wishes you can make it home
And to those that do, their names are ring in glory
Tongues manifest, and sing of their story
Where will I land? what will I be
Solace breaks the mind...

Stargazing
Stargazing...
Never seen the sky like this, its so amazing
Dreams that we had before, they cant replace them
Even when they next to me
When I look inside myself, you are still the best of me.
Goodbyes are never sweet, so we say till we meet
Knowing that when we meet, its just tears in the street
The feelings aren't discreet, your eyes don't lie
And I don't stare too long, might knock me off my feet.
You know...I know, two paths...one road
Come with me or should I go?

Ugly Betty (12-09-10)
Its no secret the Dutch are known for their weed smoking. However the one thing I have realized since being in Holland is the pride that people take in being able to roll "The Perfect Joint". Before 12-09-10, I had never realized this feat. I had never rolled a J in my life. On the verge of another sleepless night, I decided that I would instead take the opportunity to hone my rolling skills. After hours of practice and countless youtube videos, Ugly Betty was born. A pure Jack Herer her potential was limitless. Needless to say I kissed her the next day, shared her with some friends inside and outside the club and she repaid me very well for my diligence, tenderness, perseverance and care. This is to Ugly Betty. Thank you for being so amazing to me :)
